Fresh inn kitchen

The Berg brewery still uses the practically forgotten, elaborate brewing methods. In the fermenting house you can see yeast wheat fermenting in open vats – a very rare brewing method. Because we as a Brewery do not want to break any traditions, we do the exact: we cook traditionally, honest and fresh. In our inn kitchen we use almost only regional and seasonal ingredients (90%, two lions at “Taste the south”). In addition to exquisite beer and typical dishes, we also offer a light, modern kitchen that satisfies every palate. We call the whole concept our fresh inn kitchen. At 80 seats (for parties up to 120 seats), you sit on original restaurant chairs and tables from the 1920s. On sunny days you can enjoy our meals under shade-spreading trees in typical beer garden atmosphere. For the people in and around Pfullingen the Berg Brewery serving is one thing above all: well done.
