As a small Brewery the Ehinger Berg brewery maintanes a classic brewing method for fine beer varieties. The history of the mountain brewery, formerly Adler Brewery, goes back to the year 1466. The Berg Brewery has been family property since 1757.

At the Danube, Upper Swabia connects with the Swabian Alb. The Berg Brewery stands in tradition to the resident beer culture and brews all beer varieties to 100% with brewing cereal that comes from the local area. This traditional beer culture is lived by all employees of the Berg Brewery.
